SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping charges:

We are always trying to reduce shipping costs but also want to make sure you get your order safely and as fast as possible.

We use Transdirect to send our packages all around Australia.

For safe secure arrival of your order we recommend you are home to receive your order on arrival of the delivery. Often the drivers can leave items at your front door if your not home.

We try to keep our shipping charges simple:

In Australia Midway Mowers uses Transdirect for parcels all over Australia.  All items are picked up and shipped to you via one of there preferred carriers within 2-3 days of your order being placed and cleared funds for your purchase have been confirmed via one of our payment methods for items in stock. Occasionally some postcodes or suburbs are not deliverable in this case we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

Backordered items will be advised separately and delivery is per the above once the items come into stock.

In the present environment we are seeing large delays from manufacturers for all products across our industry however we do keep a large amount of stock in our showroom ready for immediate delivery.

Local pickup is available in store, please confirm your purchase and we will contact you when your purchase is ready, that is pre-delivery has been completed for hand held or wheeled items for accessories in stock this is usually next day although often same day for local pickup and we offer our own delivery for Gold Coast region just ask us if you need local delivery by one of our qualified staff or drivers.

Please note: Your delivery costs will be automatically calculated on checkout. There is a field to input your suburb/postcode and you will see instant quotes for freight to your location or Door to Door as we call it.

The flat rate charged is calculated automatically for standard shipping. If you request express shipping then we will email you an invoice for payment of this extra postage charge for express. Please use the request a quote button for this.

International: including New Zealand.

Please contact us via the request a quote form/button for all orders shipped outside of Australia. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and cubic dimensions of the order.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item if it is not able to be supplied. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

RETURNS & WARRANTY Policy:

Manufacturers warranties apply to all our products. If you have a problem we are happy to help you so please contact us in the first instance:

We try to make it easy to shop at the Midway Mower Centre and If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, a return can be arranged, conditions apply.

A 20% re-stocking fee applies for returns and all returns must be pre-authorised by the store manager whether in store or online. Online purchases once authorised must be returned by traceable means and freight into our store for returns must be pre-paid and is the customers responsibility.

Returns must be completed within 14 days of purchasing and must be accompanied by the original sales docket and goods being returned must be in unopened origonal packaging and fit for re-sale. We offer a full refund of the goods purchased, less the re-stocking fee or alternatively a store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Ultimately the return authorisation of any item is at the discretion of the store manager. Manufacturers Warranty conditions apply.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
